Overview

Hyperlog Systems ("Hyperlog Systems", "we", "us") is incorporated/operating out of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit hyperlog.in, fill out a form on our website, or contact us via email, phone or WhatsApp, and how we use and protect it.

By submitting any form on this website, you consent to the practices described here. We never sell your personal data.

Data we collect

  • Support form: name, company, email, phone, service category, specific service, priority, subject, description, best time to reach, preferred contact method, IP address, browser & Turnstile fraud signals.
  • Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject, message, IP address & Turnstile fraud signals.
  • Request-quotation form: name, company, email, phone, location, service category & service, number of users/sites, current environment, project timeline, budget, notes, IP address & Turnstile fraud signals.
  • Server logs: Cloudflare logs IP, user-agent, request paths for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

How we use your data

  • To respond to your support ticket, contact message or quotation request.
  • To send you a confirmation by email and WhatsApp.
  • To send your request details to the relevant engineer(s) within Hyperlog Systems.
  • To prevent abuse, fraud and spam via Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting.
  • To keep a submission log (in Cloudflare KV/D1) for service continuity and audit — accessible only to authorised Hyperlog Systems staff.

We rely on consent (which you give by checking the consent box and submitting the form) and on legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry, preventing abuse). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@hyperlog.in.

Sharing & sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors to deliver our website & enquiry workflow:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting (Pages & Workers), DNS, Turnstile captcha, KV/D1 storage.
  • Zoho Corporation — outbound email delivery via Zoho Mail/SMTP for sending you confirmations and routing your request to staff.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Cloud API — WhatsApp Business Cloud API to send you a confirmation message on WhatsApp.

We do not use any advertising or marketing analytics sub-processor, and we do not share your data with any third party for advertising.

Retention

  • Submission logs are retained for 24 months, after which they are automatically purged unless needed for an open contract.
  • Server logs are retained up to 30 days.
  • You may request deletion of your submission record at any time — see Contact below.

Security

  • All form submissions are transported over HTTPS via Cloudflare.
  • Turnstile & per-IP rate limiting defends against spam and abuse.
  • Worker secrets (SMTP credentials, WhatsApp token, etc.) are stored in Cloudflare as encrypted Worker secrets — never in code.
  • Submission log access is restricted by Cloudflare account roles. Staff who no longer need access have it revoked immediately.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Withdraw consent for future processing.
  • Object to or restrict processing.

Cookies & analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. The Cloudflare Turnstile widget may set a first-party cookie for spam prevention. No third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) is loaded by default.
