1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of https://hyperlog.in (the "Site") and any request you submit to Hyperlog Systems ("Hyperlog Systems", "we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting any form, you agree to these terms.

2. Who we are

Hyperlog Systems is operated from Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For service or commercial enquiries, email hello@hyperlog.in.

3. Submitting a request is not a contract

Filling out a support, contact or quotation form sends an enquiry to us. It does not by itself create a contractual relationship or entitle you to a service. A binding engagement arises only when you and Hyperlog Systems sign a statement of work, AMC, or other written agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or abusive.
• Submit false or misleading contact information.
• Use the Site to send spam, phishing or malware.
• Attempt to bypass any security, captcha, or rate-limiting control.

We may block, throttle or discard submissions that breach these rules without notice.

5. Your content & accuracy

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the requested service. You warrant that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

6. Our responses

Priority SLAs (e.g., Emergency ≤ 1h within business hours) are indicative response targets, not contractual guarantees, unless explicitly agreed in a signed AMC or SOW. Business hours: Mon–Sat · 09:00–19:00 IST.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. That policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Third-party links & services

The Site may link to third-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties — review their terms separately.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperlog Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any matter related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero for unpaid visitors.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from your use of the Site.
